Can I return a sale or altered item?
Returns for altered gowns and sale items are not accepted. For more information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges section. Please note that our London Flagship Store has its own returns and warranty policies, kindly contact them directly at boutique@jennypackham.com for such inquiries if you purchased your product from the store. For all other purchases via any other stockist internationally please contact them directly.

Many of our items are custom, while others are part of upcoming seasonal collections. Availability may vary on a case-by-case basis. You can explore upcoming seasonal items in the ‘The Collections’ section of our website, as well as check the availability of current items.
