Enjoy complimentary returns on all UK orders. Next Day shipping only available in UK Mainland. UK Next Day Delivery will arrive the next working day if placed before 6 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 6 PM GMT or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Orders must be placed by 7am EST Monday-Friday. Order placed after the cut-off times or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Track Your Order

Your parcel will be delivered on the scheduled delivery date. If a date doesn’t display, continue tracking for the most updated information on ups.com. You have access to the same level of detail as our agents. When you see your parcel is out for delivery, services with an End of Day commitment are delivered during posted hours for business locations, or by 7:00 p.m. to residences.  

Your UPS order tracking information is provided in an email with your order shipping confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you can track it via the tracking number provided in your Shipping Confirmation email. All orders can be checked at www.ups.com.

If you still have questions or there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging, and contact us immediately by sending an email to customercare@jennypackham.com. All orders can also be tracked by signing into your account.

Customs Clearance Instructions

UPS will contact the receiver to obtain customs clearance instructions, the receiver must liaise with UPS locally to provide clearance instructions in order for the shipment to be cleared for delivery. Jenny Packham has no influence on this and must be handled between the receiver and UPS directly.

Shipping Insurance

All orders from JENNYPACKHAM.COM are fully insured from the moment they leave our UK distribution centre until they arrive safely in your hands. To confirm successful delivery, a signature will be required upon receipt. Once your order has been signed for, responsibility for the items passes to you. Please be aware that JENNYPACKHAM.COM is not liable for any order that has been signed for within a multi-occupancy building, such as an office address provided for delivery.

Landed Costs, Duties and Taxes
