JENNY PACKHAM ONLINE GIFT CARD - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Jenny Packham Online Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) purchased through jennypackham.com. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Redemption

a) Gift Cards may only be redeemed against products available for purchase at www.jennypackham.com.

b) Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in any Jenny Packham boutiques, stockists, or with third-party retailers.

3. Exclusions

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or used to purchase other Gift Cards. No change or credit will be given if the purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift Card; any remaining balance will stay on the Gift Card until fully used or expired.

4. Validity & Expiry

Each Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Any balance remaining after expiry will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

5. Delivery

Digital Gift Cards will be delivered by email to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Jenny Packham is not responsible if an incorrect or incomplete email address is provided.

6. Lost, Stolen or Unauthorised Use

Jenny Packham is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards. Gift Cards should be treated as cash and safeguarded accordingly.

7. Balance Enquiries

You may check the remaining balance on your Gift Card by contacting our customer service team via email "Customer.Care@jennypackham.com", or by accessing the gift card balance page from the gift card email

8. Returns & Exchanges

If you return a product purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be issued back to the Gift Card (or a replacement Gift Card will be issued). No cash refunds will be provided for purchases made with Gift Cards.

9. Limitations

Jenny Packham reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card as payment where it has reason to believe it is fraudulent, duplicated, or being used in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Gift Cards may not be resold or used for commercial/promotional purposes without prior written consent.

10. Amendments

Jenny Packham reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without affecting existing Gift Cards already purchased.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

REDEEMING JENNY PACKHAM E-GIFT CARD

1. Receive Your Gift Card
After purchase, the recipient will receive a personalised email containing their unique e-gift card code.

2.Choose Your Dress
Browse our collection and select your desired style. Add it to your bag as you would with any other purchase.

3.Enter Your Code at Checkout
At the checkout page, simply enter your gift card code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” field. The card balance will be applied to your order total.

4.Use Across Multiple Purchases
If the full balance isn’t used, the remaining amount will stay on the card and can be applied to future purchases.

5.Combine With Other Gift Cards
You may redeem more than one Jenny Packham e-gift card in a single order.
