Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)

Jenny Packham is a leading luxury bridal and evening wear brand with a 28 year track record of success. The PR and marketing team play a significant role in ensuring exceptional coverage and maximum brand exposure for the business in a demanding marketplace.


We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team for a 9 month fixed term contract to start with. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy from offline to online activities. To enhance the digital capability of the brand/team and drive the online sales and marketing strategy to maximise the online channel.

The Role



  • Manage and develop the brand’s marketing strategy with internal teams

  • Updating the marketing calendar and monitoring budgets

  • Main point of contact in-house for the website

  • Developing direct marketing and brand databases on Mailchimp with the Senior Marketing Officer

  • Overseeing the Senior Marketing Officer and interns

  • Responsible for POS and In Store marketing and packaging collateral – flagship and wholesale

  • Overseeing the advertising calendar, making sure deadlines and artwork are submitted on time

  • Monthly reporting and analysis

Artwork and content management

  • Supporting internal teams with creative projects and artwork

  • Creating and coordinating e-newsletters

  • Print work production including look book creation

  • Creating and managing show collateral– creating sales invites, show invites, press releases, uploading images & videos onto website, post show release online etc

  • Coordinating launches/promotions with retail and sales teams: website, social media, ecards, newsletter etc.

  • Creating sales materials including look-books & mini-sheets for the sales teams

  • Providing stockists with marketing collateral support

  • Archiving all artwork and image files on company hard drives

  • Maintaining library and saving images in different formats and sizes

  • Renaming files/ editing imagery/archiving

  • Creating image slideshows/show-reels for showrooms & flagship stores


  • Managing all content on the website, updating news section, red carpet gallery, editorial etc.

  • Ongoing development of the website

  • Creating and uploading videos, banners for launches, promotions and news features

  • Seasonal updating and/or preparing imagery of seasonal content

  • Updating stockist and events pages

  • Coordinating online launches and promotions with retail and PR

  • Working with the production team to upload products to the online shop

Person Specification

  • Marketing/ Fashion Marketing Degree 2:1 or above

  • Prior proven experience in a marketing management luxury role both on and offline remit

  • Highly organised with great attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and written skills are essential

  • Creative and proficient in Adobe packages especially Photoshop, Indesign & Illustrator is essential

  • Technical understanding of digital and print processes

  • Understanding of the brand's values and tone of voice

  • Mailchimp and Magento software understanding preferred
